REGISTER

You have to register yourself first so you can order products from webshop. This applies both consumers and retailers. You will find the register link from the left side bar (pink background). 

Click then either the consumer or retailer link.

Please note that you can register yourself as a retailer only if you have a VAT number.

Select an username and password to suit you the best. This information should be kept secret from the outsider. We do not even get this information.

We check your registration and buyer status inside 48 hours. If you do not receive an email confirming your registration in 48 hours, kindly contact our customer service.

CHANGING THE CONTACT DETAILS & PASSWORD

If your information changes or you want to change your password, go to your details site to change them. Log in first and then click your name on the left side bar (e.g. "Shop Ltd").

BUYING ONLINE

After your registration has been accepted, you can start buying online. First you have to Login with you username and password.

Then go to the product catalog and browse through the links on the left side or click the pictures.

Products are categorised into three levels. First level shows the product group, second the models and third level colors.

You can pick up the desired products to your buying basket on the third level (colors).

Click the shopping cart/word on the up right corner in order to access the site showing your shopping summary. You can access it whenever you want and continue your shoppings.

You can change your order in you shopping cart by deleting items and changing quantities.

Remember to click "Update" button to get the saldo right. You can continue your shopping by clicking one of the product group links on the left side.

By clicking the thumb pictures you can see the product's details in a pop-up window. Please check that your computer allows pop-ups. 

When you're happy with your order please press "check out" button.

Please check the details of your order in the summary and give delivery address if it differs from the billing address.

Please note that the total sum doesn't include shipping, custom duties etc and these come on top of the sum We'll inform you about the exact shipping cost when we send you the order confirmation.

Please read the terms and conditions before confiming the order. 

Click then "confirm" button.

Your order has now sent to our customer care and you will receive copy of it to your e-mail address. Please check your order and inform us right away if there are any errors.

You will receive an order confirmation with shipping details etc by e-mail. The order confirmation is attached to the e-mail as pdf-document.

Please read it through carefully and inform us if there are any errors.  If everything is ok, we'll send you the invoice attached to an email as pdf-format. 

You'll be notified of the dispatch of your goods in the same way.

Please check that you've installed Acrobat Reader on your computer. If you can't open the document please notify us the prefered format.
